Job Description: COMPLIANCE OFFICER + Job Purpose: Responsible for assisting the Head of Risk Management & Compliance in all compliance activities, ensuring business units are adhering to governmental regulations and working closely with upper management and staff to guarantee the company's policies and procedures follow these rules. + Principal Accountabilities: I/Risk culture - 20% - To assist in planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management activities - To advise, oversee, and train the company staff on these compliance procedures. - To make staff aware of regulatory requirements and ensuring their compliance in practice, to compliance promotion system and compliance culture. II/Risk and Compliance Report – 20% - Assist in prepare risk report in dash boards, R&C KPI – Compliance status III/ Incident Management - 10% - To issue investigations related to possible non-compliance or to ensure compliance is taking place. - Follow-up action taken status of remediation actions in incident reports every month IV/ Compliance - 50% - To support the Head of Risk Management & Compliance to build up the Company compliance plan. - To implement the Company compliance plan/ Compliance Obligation register. - To provide timely update/ analysis for business opportunities/ limitation under the new rules and regulations. - To work closely with the Head of Risk Management & Compliance in overseeing compliance procedures and might also advise on risk management. + Key Challenges: 1. To investigate non-compliance issues and coordinate action plans with different departments. 2. To make staff aware of regulatory requirements and ensure their compliance in practice. + Required Academic/Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or law. + Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Knowledgeable about governmental and insurance regulations and laws. Good English writing skills
